While 'strongest on the market' is a great claim, the FCC will limit the power output to only a watt or two, so all would be equally weak signal, so that you are not disrupting the Wi-Fi system a mile away with your overly strong signal. . .
You basically point it to the signal, and it will spend all it's energy focused in one direction, so that you have the best chance of getting a strong signal.
