Wifi camera on a mobile hotspot

Hi, does anyone know if you can hook up a wifi camera to a mobile hotspot ? Either a portable one or the one on an iPhone?
I would like to be able to set up a camera in our trailer for when we leave the dog for any period of time in the heat. I would most likely aim it at thermometer so I can see the temperature in the trailer from another iPhone.

Anyone have advice or thoughts. Thanks.

    If you have WiFi setup, they do make sensor modules that can measure temps, water leaks, break-in alerts, and send updates auto to an iPhone or Android smartphone using an app.

    Why not. Mobile hotspot is just a WIFI.

    I use my android for similar functions.
    But I do have unlimited data plan.
