The simple answer is NO, there is not. Some folks are happy with Millenicom where you 20GB for $90/month but you would need to use very close to 20GB every month to make it worthwhile. There are better, lower cost, options if you sometimes use less.
If you need more then it $180/month for 40GB, $270/month for 60GB.......
