What seems to work the best, for a reasonable price, to extend wifi reception in my Class A?

At first I was disappointed then I moved it around till I found the sweet spot for it in the house. Now I get a strong signal all over.

the big downfall to this cheap fix is it slows down the download/upload speeds by a lot
its a warning right in the netgear set up instructions
  • Check out this site, we called last year and they gave us some great advice. www.TechnoRV.com

Please be more specific. Are you tying to get stronger campground WiFi to your rig, or do you have an existing cellular (MiFi) device that needs to broadcast its WiFi a further distance thoughout the rig, or???

  • The NETGEAR N300 Wall Plug Version Wi-Fi Range Extender (WN3000RP) is a terrific unit that works very well. Easy to set-up also.
Will give you 2.4 GHz only. For more $ you can get a similar Netgear unit that will give both 2.4 and 5 GHz. Go here for the N300.
