Binge On plans are good for the cell phone, but then you have to send that video to the TV via cable, chrome cast, or maybe roku

IF you stream lots of video, you use lots of data
i use about 30 gig a month , sometimes more
a 2hr HD movie can easily use 2gb
lo-res 320 youtube, is pretty light use and 6gb can go quite aways
Netflix amazon etc.. you need lots of data
Mt T-Mobil Simple Choice plan is in a hotspot. I usually pull up Netflix or amazon prime and cast to my TV using Netflix casting function or Chromecast. I used it all summer, it uses none of my data allowance when streaming.
