I'll be interested in hearing if there is any change now that you are over 24 gig. I just dumped Comcast internet/phone and TV at home for a Mobley for internet and Dish for TV. I mentioned to the Dish installer that the only thing I would miss on Dish is On Demand and he said to either get a Hopper or Cast from my phone (he noticed my Chromecast on the TV). He said the only issue would be going over the 22 gig and maybe being slowed.
