It's been my experience that many of the RV parks I've stayed at had WiFi sufficient for my needs, albeit there were certain times it was slow. However, I never watched TV or movies on my computer. For that I used my satellite TV.
I mainly used my computer for reading e-mail or general surfing, so I never needed a lot of bandwidth. YMMV
