WiFiRanger pro
Is it me or is this thing a piece of junk. Bought it for $140.00 in 2011. It was problematic from the start. Now after putting it away for awhile I can not even get to the menu. Am I just to stubborn to accept this is antiquated technology?
Thanks, r0n……..:S
You do have one of the earlier WiFiRanger models. However, even it can be updated to the latest software. If you are unable to access it via wifi have you tried connecting to it with an Ethernet cable? The online control panel will be at the same IP address as it would be if you were accessing it via wifi.
Yes I have tried connecting it thru the Ethernet cable using the same address, no luck thinking back I believe I did have some issues getting to the menu in the past. I also tried a different computer. Thanks for the response. I am about to just give up on it. I was originally using it to transmit my Sprint USB modem signal the up side of this product was it actually allowed me to connect it directly to this device. I now use the Sprint Hot Spot. Just wanted to increase some campground WIFI with this unit now.
Thanks, r0n……..:?
