I'm not sure what you mean by "coupler" but the Sleek gain specifications are available here.
Depending on how weak your local signal is, it may provide as much as 28db gain. In my case, using a Wilson Trucker antenna, adding the Wilson Sleek changed the readings on the 4620 from -101db to -80db, a gain of 21db.
the phone/ MiFi RF is coupled into the sleek. In the case of the 4620, it has an external antenna Jack. So that's the curiosity; which works better?
