Win 10 data update costs, you thinkk its bad Here

Here in Yukon, Canada, I have S-L-O-W internet and a data cap. The infrastructure won't let me have a faster connection. No cellular service either. So must rely on DSL via the phone line.

Will be sticking with Win7 for a long while yet.
