Apple went to FREE OS version upgrade model several iterations ago. Don't hear a lot of MAC users demanding paid OS upgrades back? Wonder what the price is being paid for FREE on a MAC?


The cost of the Mac is about one and a half or more of a PC with the same specs. That's a hefty free OS.
