We now have several opinions about this subject and yours is but one.
I for one won't be "updating" to 10 any time soon (never) but the part about putting updates back to "manual with notification" is a really important thing for a LOT of people.
THIS discussion still hasn't provided a definitive answer.....as far as I am concerned.
And yes I know that you think your answer is the only right one; so does everybody else.
