No, there isn't. You could install a third party Virtual Machine but you will need a copy of Win XP to install on the Virtual Machine - and you will not have the same ability as on Win 7 with XP Mode to go back and forth between XP and 7. It will be like running two independent OSs on the same computer. It will run your legacy software - as if you were on an XP machine.
