Win 8.1 Wake-up screen
Can anyone tell me how to disable the multi-colored rainbow like screen that appears whenever Windows 8.1 wakes up?

Last item on right side "Password policy"
click Change
Should change to "password is not required when waking this pc from sleep"
Exit screen - this should now wake up to the last screen that you used.
This sounds like what I want.
How do I "Bring up charms"?
