Windows 10 and printers

Anyone know of a small foot print printer that is win 10 compatible?
I've done an internet search and haven't found any. Our HP 1056 with updated drivers from HP was supposed to work but doesn't after several hours install/uninstall, reboots, and searching HP support. Now there is a worthless site.

    Did you recently upgrade from a prior version of Windows? If so that might be the problem. I am having a similar problem with a Canon printer on a friend's computer that recently upgraded by mistake. Look into Print Spooler problems related to Windows 10 for further information. I don't have a fix as of yet.

    My Cannon 4000 series is fine. Daughter just bought a Cannon 2900 series for Win10. It works fine. ( and it was $49)

    I have a a Brother LC 71/75 series 3 in one printer that works fine on Windows 10.
