My concern with W10 is the forced downloads with my data capped internet connection. I want and need to control when the typical very large MS downloads occur perhaps holding them off for several months.
Hopefully as the large data dollar bills roll in enough people will demand a change.
That's the main reason I won't consider W10 at this time.
