Welcome to MircoSoft. My lap top has 8.1 on it and in the middle of the night MicroSoft decided to install WIN-10. I tried every thing and nothing worked. Had to take it to computer repair. They were able to get 8.1 working but some things didnt work like the store, calulator, games, calander. So back to the shop to see if they can fix those
