My laptop is telling me to upgrade to win 11. Anyone go from 10 to 11 yet?

I got that on my system yesterday, looking at the changes list MS shows is rather strange. The entire list is of features deleted from 10 not a list great new features. I'm used to 10 so why upgrade, which is always a risky business.
Are they charging for this upgrade?
