I would have to lean towards the CPU getting overheated and slowing processing down. Malware is not going to kick in 2 hours after you have been using it. The all in ones are known for heat issues, I have had motherboard replaced in mine for video chip coming unsoldered. Pull the back off and spray the dirt out with compressed air.
