I agree with alll of those that suggest getting and running Malwarebytes.
But first CLEAN your system. You need to clean out the Cache and Temp files folders and go into startup and close down everything that is starting up that is not strictly needed. For instance all of these APPS you have will have an auto updater that loads on startup. I would disable all of them.
Cleanout the System tray. The little icons in the lower RH corner of your computer. Disable all that are not necessary.
You can download a free program called CCLEANER that will do much of this for you and makes it easier for you to manage all this junk that clogs up your computer.
Also I never allow an antivirus system to run on my computer. They are HOGS and tend to slow things down alot. I use one from the cloud like Panda. I run it and it stays out of my computer.
I also do a weekly cleanup of my computer using the CCLEANER and Malwarebytes. Doing this has kept my computers running clean and fast with no hitches...and I have never had a serious virus and have almost no malware ever.
I also use a program called Do Not Track Me which blocks websites and others from installing cookies on my computer for the purpose of tracking my computer usage and web browsing. It also tells you which companies are attempting to track you. Right now on RV.NET it is blocking 2 sites: Google Analytics and Real Media. This will help keep down the number of cookies you have also.
