I have been running 8.1 on a new 27" all in one in my office for about 3 weeks now. I left the old XP system up and running if I got frustrated and needed to go back. I started on the new machine and never looked back. I find many of the new features on 8.1 to be very useful. Everyone of the old programs and printers, scanners etc that we use have been compatible without downloading a single extra driver. I am a firm believer to look forward or get left behind.
