Actually, EMET comes with presets for monitoring some key apps that have been subject to exploits, such as Java, IE, and Acrobat. So to say its not doing anything, is not accurate. But you need to specify other applications that you want monitored such as Firefox for instance.
You don't need to make configuration changes to Comodo for the most part. Just click Virtual Kiosk which will load your current browsers, be it Firefox or Chrome, in its sandboxed desktop. You don't have to use Comodo Dragon(Chrome).
