Not sure what version of Comodo you were using, but here is how you use Firefox in the latest version of CIS Virtual Kiosk sandboxed mode:
Just make sure you have a Firefox or any other app shortcut already on your Windows desktop, and it will appear in Comodo's isolated desktop when you click Virtual Kiosk. You can easily switch back to your Windows desktop by selecting Switch to Windows.
