Winegard Automatic
Hi everyone, How do you like the carryout Winegard automatic?? I'm looking at getting a used one on Ebay... Clicky I plan on just using a standard HD DirecTV receiver...should that work?

The Carryout will work with your HD receiver (or DVR) but you will receive on the SDTV channels so you will want to go into the receiver setup and click on Display>Preferences>Show all channels or Hide HD channels (or similar) so you SD channels will show up in the guide.
The only 2 DTV receivers that will not work are the Genie (HR34/44) or the H21 as these required DTV SWM technology (which could be added if necessary).
