That's great they helped you. I got called and they didn't know a thing about the antenna other than they don't sell it anymore. I emailed for help and asked if they had any trouble shooting guides and again no help.
It is hard to get the straight talk with anything RV. On this forum I hear from some than say you are a fool to use an Omni directional antenna and others say they are the cats meow. What's a guy to do. I will keep digging and let you know. David
