Winegard or kingdome
I am looking at getting a dome Satelite. Which is better a kingdoms or winegard?

For me, I would choose the Winegard Mission over the X1 for a roof mounted only option. The Mission is well tested and proven and, while I am sure Winegard will do an excellent job with their new release, the X1 is new. The Mission will also likely work with your current receiver while the X1 requires the 211/411 receiver. If you are not in a big hurry and you have or will use the 211 series receiver, the X1 is a very, very compact fully automatic antenna and should be quite the performer.
