Winegard Rayzar Automatic

Bill, the batwing w/wingman works. I just really liked the convenience and idea behind the Rayzar Automatic Dome. Instead of having to crank it up and then manually move it around to get the strongest signal, it does it all automatically. Obviously there are mixed reviews. I did read about a couple people having it not work or die quickly. But most of the reviews I have found where it does work, the people are pretty happy with it, like the Amazon review page I posted. I'm thinking of calling Winegard and seeing if I can find out when it was first released, if there have been any newer versions released or in the works. I sure would love to hear from anyone who has one (or installed their own) as to how it works and how the install was. One person said he was able to just use the same coax he had. Although the instructions say to use the cable that came with it. I am also curious as how, with only a regular coax connected, it is able to power the unit to move the antenna inside the dome. I would think that would require a special coax or a separate power connection.
