I would continue to work with the Winegard tech support folks and you will likely have to get to a repair facility that can check it out further. I have the exact same antenna and I see close to 100 on the 101 transponders and 95+ on all of the 99 and 103 working transponders. I run a Genie and an H25 and life is pretty good.
Can you tell me if your PI is black or Gray?
I am the installer and didn't bend anything. However, it should not be ruled out to be a production problem. I will work with them for replacement. Thanks.
