Well, took a week but finally received new reflector dish and arm. Installed. Didn't help at all. Spent 2 hours again with techs. They decided in end to just replace entire system. All the components and install check out but it just won't lock on to anything. Constant searching. The folks at Winegard sounded really apologetic that I was having to deal with this issue with a new system. Apologies were plentiful which helped simmer down my displeasure. In the end, I know these things happen and they are making it right so all is good.
