I had issue with recption on mine once and turned out tobe bad coax connection on the roof. One thing you can try is running a loose coax cable directly from the antenna to the antenna input connection on rear of booster. If signal is good, then the problem is then isolated to the coax from booster to the antenna. If signal is unchanged, then run loose coax from booster output to TV.
I think you get the idea. Using these steps should help you isolate the problem.
