Do as previously advised, if no better the problem is probably at the antenna. Note that the actual amplifier is in the antenna, not in the power panel. The panel only provides 12v on the coax for the amplifier. I had the same type problem, so we replaced the antenna head only with a Winegard Sensar IV for about $100 or so. just two pins to pull and replace. Best $100 we have ever spend on the rig. Now, instead of one or two very local channels, we pull in dozens, depending on where we are. Just remember, that the electronics are up there on top, and are exposed to high levels of sun heating. Failure is to be expected on the older ones.
