Contact Winegard. They are saying that Shaw has changed something in the way they broadcast their signal and the Trav'ler can only locate 1 satellite. The are working on a fix and expect to have a solution in about 2 weeks. You will need to talk to their tech support so they can e-mail you once the fix is completed.
