I have been reading all the literature that came with my motorhome. Apparently, I have a Roadstar antenna, model RS-3460, not an RS-2000. The RS-3460 does not come with a power supply. Apparently, the reason for this is that my motorhome is equipped with a video control center (Model C61-4222) which is powered by a 12VDC power source. I believe this is where the power source originates for the antenna. The control center has a jack for the antenna coax cable, and another jack for the tv coax cable. If I am correct, The coax cable from the back of the tv goes to the wall plate. The back of the plate has two coax cables, one for the tv, and the second for the antenna. these coax cables are connected to the back of the control center, labeled respectively, "From Ant," and "To Front tv." Does that sound about right?
