I knew from looking at the back of the wall plate that it did not have 12 VDC (for the amplified antenna), only a receptacle for 12 VDC for the tv, but the problem was that due to my limited knowledge, I did not know where it was getting power from. It was not until I removed the video control center that I found out it had 12 VDC going to it. My video control center does not have an on and off switch to power it on, and also does not have an led light to indicate when it is on, only a bunch of push buttons, and therefore, I had no way of knowing if it was on or off. Amazing what one can learn, even at my 65 years of age. Thx.
