Thinking of buying a winnebago via for the small design and diesel motor. Any advice or thoughts

My first piece of advice would be; since you took the time to create an account here on the forum, that you return to see responses. Secondly, despite MPG and general positive feedback, FREDs (front engine diesel class A's) didn't sell well. Their fine on performance etc, but I would worry about parts and mechanics to work on them. But they still share a lot if the same parts as other RVs.
