Need clarification.
Do you want to have a wireless ip camera connected to a WiFi network at home and monitor that camera while you are away from home by connecting to a MiFi device (like the Jetpack)? If so, it's pretty easy.
Or do you want to connect a ip camera to a cellular connection (i.e.; via a Jetpack)? If so, this might be a bit more difficult (though I have never tried it) because of the way IP address are assigned in cellular devices.
