First, I NEVER use a service "in the cloud" (which is just someone else's computer system), even the new Windows 10 I-cloud availability. Anything maintained on anyone else's computer is 100% disposable.
I maintain 2 external hard drives where I keep my "stuff". I have files on my laptop, but I routinely copy them over to both hard drives. I then use the hard drive and copy them to my wife's computer.
On-line 'stuff'... no! As little as possible. I just don't want dependency on someone else. Although they 'say' they are safe ... they are STILL prone to hacking and malicious activity. I'll keep my stuff on an external hard drive and file it away just like we use to do when everything was "paper." ..... in my file cabinet!
