I need to change sat #'s. Changing to dish. My control has power, select, and enter. I think it is sk1000. Hope someone can help. Jim

If you are currently a DirecTV customer then the Winegard Trav'ler is either an SK-3005 or a newer SK-SWM3. The Winegard Trav'ler built for Dish Network is the SK-1000. If you are changing from DirecTV to Dish Network service the answers above about needing new hardware and someone to install it is accurate.- It is Winegard. Contact Winegard next week and give them your current dish info and ask how much to convert.
- Forgot to mention I have a wyngard traveler.
- Yup some new parts on the roof .. about 300-400 bucks ??
Different satellite spacing requires a different setup .. be thankful a dish "traveler" can't be converted to directv .. requires a whole new $1400. 00 assembly
You can't change freely between dish and direct .. not with the winegard Traveler
