X2 on good service with Dish. No complaints other than the programming lineup as others have mentioned; same shows over and over.
Had a receiver go bad, contacted Dish, they told me they would send out a new receiver. Asked them what I should do with the old receiver and was told since I owned it, I could just throw it away. Later got a bill for the amount of the receiver. When I called to inquire, I was told I was supposed to return it to them. After some back and forth, they did the right thing and cancelled the bill (it was their mistake telling me I could throw it away; glad they record phone calls)
Been very pleased so far with Dish, for the above instance and the reasons mentioned by others.
