Family had a TV tech back in the sixties. He asked how many channels the family watched. narrowed it down to three. A large amplifier and three "Cut Channel" antennas were amazing. But they were about eight feet in length. Each one aimed a little differently.
Reception went from zero to crystal clear. Cost was pricey. Folks got KCRA Sacramento from South Lake Tahoe, and KOLO Reno.
But not for an RV :)
