That's a classic. These types of campers were the forerunners of Class C RV's. This one is built before the advent of using the van body which was the next generation. What's really special about this one is the 4 x 4 on a Power wagon chassis. The Power wagon was used for military vehicles, ambulances, and also a consumer version. They are noted for being reliable and durable. I would bet that if you lock that dude in low range, 4x4, there wouldn't be much terrain that would stop it.
Since Dodge built a lot of these, parts are not to hard to come by, should you need replacements. The 360 was put into a lot of pickups and vans of that era. It's a pretty reliable power plant but you'll be buying some gas to keep it moving.
It looks to be in good shape, probably a barn queen for the last 10 years. Keep us posted if you buy it.
