Very common problem. buy one and put it in the glove box for when you need it. I'll look in my garage tonight I might still have some old Dodge service manuals laying around and if so you can have them.
Not too long after posting I found the power steering hose I needed on RockAuto and got it ordered. It does have the stock manifold and it looks like there are more than a few replacement options. I'll get a ballast resistor ordered and I appreciate all the other advice! Let me know if you find any of those manuals laying around! Thanks!
