I was able to get all of the interior lights, water pump, and thermostat working off of the house battery this weekend which is pretty much everything electrical that I was wanting, other than the fridge..
Speaking of the fridge, it seems that it is permanently stuck on the gas mode and also one of the Pilot lighting buttons is messed up so It looks like I'm going to have to try and take the fridge apart which I'm not looking forward too..
Once I look into the fridge pilot light button the next thing on my list to check into is the propane system. I heard a place here in town will fill up these old camper propane systems so after that hopefully I can figure out if the furnace/stove/fridge work. Fingers crossed that the guy I bought it from wasn't lying when he said everything works.
On a side note, I have been emailing with Beaver Campers trying to get more information on my camper and I guess they are working on getting a museum going starting as early as this winter and they said they were interested in having mine for the museum! Honestly, I plan on keeping the camper while I live in Alaska but I plan on moving back to the Midwest in the next 4 or 5 years so maybe they will still be interested when it comes time for me to move.
