1986 dodge ram FALCON 318 engine $2500 is it worth it?

Hi,
I can get a 1986 dodge falcon camper van for $2500. The generator does not work, it has an anti freeze leak and smokes a little from the exhaust. The body is fine and so is the interior.

Does anyone know about this van? If I have to put another $2000 into it, is it still worth it?

    What color smoke from the exhaust? Is antifreeze leaking from a hose, water pump, or radiator?

    Good condition, everything working, about $3,500 to $5,000.

    Condition is everything, what you are describing sounds rough. There is no way I would recommend you buying unless you can make the repairs yourself.
