I replaced the carb, new battery, oil, oil filter, fuel filter fuel pump and spark plugs. I also added an inline fuel shut off about 5" before the carburetor. Onan fired right up!! Surges somewhat after about 15 minutes,but doesn't die. Only difference in the replacement carb, was the elevation setting, only goes to 5000'. I got it at a Cummins dealer, so it was the "called for replacement":?
This weekend I will take y'alls advice and flush/disinfect my tanks, also going to pull the W/H element and check that.
