Ahem. We aren't bozos. You do the math. Not everybody leaves at the same time. Not everybody leaves on the same day. Not everybody uses the dump station. Not everybody takes 23 minutes. Your scenario goes beyond improbable to just plain inane. You are absolutely correct about the "it's all about me" attitude but it goes for you, too. I'm not going to rush because YOU want me to.
It won`t be one of us rushing you, it will be one of the other 30 RV`ers behind one of us! has anyone ever been run out of a dump area due to unnecessary dump time! I can see this happening by how everyone seems to think it`s perfectly acceptable for a 23 minute dump station time! Like I said before you get 2 or 3 people that take 23 minutes to dump and your looking at a 69 minute wait if your 4th in line. sure the probability of it happening is small, but it can happen. and it may be you (generalization) that is 4th in line. then we`ll see how quickly that type of thinking does a 180!
