You need to assess your usage and needs. I am a half ton aficionado, many many folks on here are not real confident of their virility and will always recommend a 3/4 ton or larger. Most often crazy over kill.
That being said with being at 7000k and 29 ft you are at the top end of most half ton capacities. In this case I would get the 3/4.
