A 33 ft trailer is 36ft long if you include the tongue. A couple of things to consider:
Do you have much experience towing? If not, you may find such a big trailer challenging. Even if a site can accommodate you, it won't be easy to back in.
In terms of a TV, you will need a 1 ton. We have a F350. Something that size (diesel) is probably the minimum needed for that TT. Is it worth it for 5 weekends a year?
We have one season under our belt. We bought a 27ft Kodiak. Perfect floor plan , but too much for beginners. We survived and can't wait for this season. I agree with you that the floor plan is most important, but don't you think it will be at least five years before your family will need the big trailer? Maybe start smaller and trade up later.
