A good potato peeler.
A good set of of knives.
Multiple sources for fixing hot meals (electric, gas, fire)
A nice bottle of wine.
And T-bone steak!
Tools? Nah! I carry a screw driver and pliers, a bit of extra rope, bungie cords, an extra hydraulic jack, black electrical tape, a few extra fuses, and the normal stuff needed for setting up camp, like lumber for under the tires for leveling and the crank handle for raising and lowering the stabilizer jacks.
Except for an occasional use of the pliers and black tape to to use as makeshift band-aids for cuts and scratches, and the lumber for leveling, the only thing that consistently gets uses are those T-bone steaks!
In all the years of camping and traveling, I've never had to use anything more than a screw driver and pliers, and almost never used them for repairing anything RV related broken. Almost always, used for rigging up something to make food preparation easier.
Remember to take the potato peeler!
