One more question though. How do these guys with the Super C class, HUGE MH's, that are in the 54' range and tow a 35-40" stacker get away with it in the racing industry? I'm also a big NASCAR fan and I see these rigs all the time at the smaller local races that I frequent. Seems that they could only tow a 10' trailer if they wanted to stay legal in most all the states. ??????????
I can tell you around 1990 a bunch of NHRA rigs were coming into Ca to race at Sears Point. The CHP stopped them and said nope, too long, you can't come in.
It was a BIG brew ha ha at the time. There was a bunch of really mad people at the time. They worked out something and the race went on as scheduled.
